The Maverick Miles includes a 5K, a 1-Mile Fun Run, and an Anything-But-a-Baton Relay. All proceeds from the race directly fund student athletic needs such as facilities, equipment, and uniforms.

The DSF Athletic Booster Club is excited to host the Mav Mixer to raise money for a new digital scoreboard. Freeman parents and other adult friends & supporters are invited to attend. Here are the details:
What: A fun, social evening with music by Wonderground, a chili bar, and local oysters from Rappahannock Oyster Company, along with beer and wine
When: Saturday, March 14, 2026 from 7 pm to 10 pm
